01. The Challenge
No Web Presence
Elevator Nights, an Elevator Studios Production, is a one night event involving some of the most successful and affluent individuals from around the globe. These events give business professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs exclusive access to some of the world's most successful CEO's, influencers and investors to connect, learn, and collaborate. Although the Elevator Nights Group has held many sold out events over the past five years, they did not have a website for ticket sales or event information, pictures and videos.
02. The Solution
New Website
The group hired me to build a website where they could sell tickets, showcase speakers, post upcoming event information, and add previous event pictures and videos. The site will also capture user information via a newsletter form.
Design Elements
The new website utilizes a lookbook style template to provide a presentation/pitch deck effect. Since the event's are held at night, a black background with a bright gradient blue text for headlines creates a neon light effect. A WooCommerce shop facilitates ticket sales/registration, and a simple signup form is added for people to get notified on upcoming events, news and press. Elevator bootcamp (their most recent event) was given a dedicated page to highlight the event and the many high profile keynote speakers who attended.
Target Audience
The target audience includes aspiring entrepreneurs, business professionals, investors, and venture capitalists.
03. The Results
Part of the Production Team
The website accomplished their goals and they were extremely pleased with the outcome. Their first event "Elevator Bootcamp" was held at the Palladium just a few weeks after the site was completed. They were so impressed with my work they asked me to be part of the production team, create Audio and Video elements, and manage audio/video during the live event. They also asked me to handle ticket sales integration, click funnel integrations, social media marketing, and live event streaming. The event was a huge success with over 1000 people attending and is showcased on the website via a dedicated page.
